Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VAMC White River Junction, intends to do a Limited Source Procurement to Cardinal Health for Xofigo Radiopharmaceuticals for the West Haven VA Medical Center, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516-2770. The Contract time will be Base Year and four option years. The VA Medical Center requires the following: Xofigo Any interested parties who can identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement, furnishing detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product should email Mary.Bosch@va.gov. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by June 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm EST. Information should be sent to Kathy Bosch, Contracting Officer at Mary.Bosch@va.gov. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to Mary.Bosch@va.gov. Service Disabled and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB and VOSB) contracting with VA are to be registered and certified in VetBiz if seeking consideration under PL 109-461 (www.vetbiz.gov Vendor Information Pages VIP). All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
