- This solicitation constitutes public notice of intent to purchase the Aerial Performances services listed below. The intended sources are also listed below. It is intended that this requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all submissions received by June 02, 2016 at 4:30 pm EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is published for informational purposes only. The sources, listed below, are the only organizations that perform, own and can provide the services required for the upcoming Dover AFB, DE Open House. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 711510 and has a size standard of $7.5M. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Each quotation shall state that proposed unit prices will remain in effect for at least 30 calendar days after date of proposal receipt.
