- Attachment II ELIN Schedule Attachment I Amended RFQ Amend 001 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to re-open the solicitation and extend the due date/time to 30 May 2017 at 04:00 PM EST. Additionally, the Government intends to evaluate and include Options in accordance with 52.217-5. CLIN structure and clauses/provisions have been added to include this change. Please see additional changes in the RFQ amendment package, attached herein.
