Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN 4920-01-478-3722, Adapter Assembly, Interface Device. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed price buy with no option for a QTY of 1101 ea. This is a 1C item. This procurement will be solicited as an Unrestricted Set-Aside. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is a part numbered item i/a/w DRS Network Imaging Systems, LLC 1RWE7 P/N 881331-1 & Northrop Grumman Space Mission 0J198 P/N 881331-1. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is 110 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 12, 2017. The anticipated award date is August 25, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP) under the solicitation heading.
