If not VIP verified SDVOSB, vendor will be considered non-responsive to the requirements of the solictation. No refurbished or gray material allowed. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty. Must meet or exceed the salient characteristics in solicitation. LPTA Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a bid to the contracting office no later than June 2, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
