- RFP package The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru is seeking for mobile telephone services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide mobile telephone services and devices to the U.S. Embassy in Peru in accordance to the attached Request for Proposal Package. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. No paper copies will be mailed.
