- Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Regional Office located in Loveland, CO has a requirement to purchase Transmission Line Pole Support - PolySet and PolyGround. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Loveland, Colorado. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 326150; the applicable size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about May 26, 2017, at which time all information regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration. NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 3:00 p.m. MDT, June, 2017. All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Carol Hammans, hammans@wapa.gov.
