- Includes additional information, instructions, and areas for comment and discussion Draft Request for Proposals for review and comment NOAA is continuing the Commercial Weather Data Pilot, as initiated under P.L. 114-113, in 2017. NOAA is seeking input on the attached Draft Round 2 Request for Proposals. Comments submitted by June 9, 2017 will be addressed in an in-person Industry Day on June 19, 2017 in Silver Spring, MD. The attached Questionnaire provides additional information, instructions for participation, and questions regarding areas NOAA seeks input on for discussion.
