- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, USAID/Azerbaijan, intends to increase the ceiling of the ASAP contract implemented by CNFA to provide critical technical assistance and equipment to agribusiness, farmers and associations in Azerbaijan. Duration of additional activities is estimated at 15 months. The proposed modification will increase the total estimated cost (TEC) of the ASAP contract # AID-112-C-14-00001 by $3,000,000.00.
