Description
Amendment 0001 Suspend Solicitation Amendment 0001 is to Suspend solicitation FA3016-17-R-0025. This solicitation is suspended as of 26 May 2017, to allow the government time to revise the statement of work. Another amendment will be issued to update the solicitation, and revise the proposal due date. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside 100% for a woman owned small business. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236210 with a size standard of $36.5M. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The objective of this project is to upgrade the Centralized Aircraft Support System (CASS); Project Number TYMX150072, JBSA-Randolph. General Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material and supervision required to design and construct a new above ground CASS for T-38C Aircraft. The above ground CASS shall upgrade the existing in ground system. The new CASS shall be installed in T-38 shelter rows 2-7 (Total of 6 Rows), and operate with existing control panel at JBSA-Randolph-Hangar 5. CASS System shall be designed to function as the primary J85 engine start for T-38C aircraft. The 502D Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph, TX intends to award a contract with a 284 day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
