- Description
- The United States Marshals Service intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 (b), only one source reasonably available, to the Portland Police Bureau, 1111 SW 2nd Ave. Portland, OR 97204, for radio access services for the District of Oregon. This Notice of Intent is neither a request for competitive quotations, nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested and fully capable parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes to this office by 2:00 pm, (PST), June 8, by email to Mr. Brett Caillier at Brett.Caillier@usdoj.gov. Telephone requests will not be considered. The Government will not be responsible for any costs for producing and e-mailing capability packages.
