- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for Removal and Renovation of Roof and Building Exterior of Bldg. 1002, at the Palo Alto Division (VAPAHCS), 1080 Innovation Way, Sunnyvale, California. The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to adapt the existing site conditions to comply with the modifications indicated on design documents for the areas of modifications. The Removal of (+ -) 20,160 square foot of exterior EIFS and glazing system with structural tube steel backing along with 8,680 sq. ft. of existing EFIS and window wall system at the existing courtyard. The removal of existing Roof top mechanical equipment, along with removal of 25,900 square foot of roofing. Removal, installation and modification of existing roof gutter drainage system. Modify existing entrances to comply with current ADA ABAAS requirements. This procurement is for total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 14. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is June 19, 2017 and closes July 25, 2017 at 11:00AM Pacific Time. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
