- Description
- This acquisition is an 8(a) Sole Source. The Contractor shall provide all planning, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials and supervision necessary to renovate portion of building 17 at Naval Base San Diego, California. The intent of this project is to provide enclosed offices for eight (8) Department Lead staff and open office systems furniture cubicles for 37 staff. Existing paper files will be moved with the tenant and require extensive filing cabinets as a part of the FF and E and space as a part of the planning and design. Other work includes construction of a Conference Room, a break room or area, a storage room, finish and fixture repairs and accessibility for existing toilet rooms and enclosure of the existing electrical panels and gear in a separate room.
