- Central Business District Map/Delineated Area GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project # 7WA2404 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Washington City:Richland Delineated Area:CBD of City of Richland, WA See attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):750 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:15 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None (0) Additional Requirements:Space to be located not more than ¼ walkable mile from public transportation and must be contiguous, located on one floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
