- NON-HAZARDOUS RECYCLING SERVICES, KALAUPAPA NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK, MOLOKAI, HAWAII AM0001 - Reschedule site visit and change POC. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 10th at 1400. Access is limited and all visitors must be sponsored in order to attend the site visit. Contact John O'Dell at john_odell@nps.gov or 808-541-2693 no later than Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 to attend the site visit. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
