Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NC07) has a requirement for the removal of an existing Weinman 8L2A Condenser Water Pump, and install a new Weinman 8L2A Condenser Water Pump. The requirement will be solicited as a brand name only with a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside; affording all SDVOSB an opportunity to provide a bid. This requirement shall be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a size standard of 15 Million dollars. The Government shall issue a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation via fbo.gov on or around April 21, 2017 in accordance with FAR 12 and 13 Background The facility currently requires a service to remove the existing Weinman 8L2A Condenser Water Pump located in 1A200, building 802, and install a new Weinman 8L2A Condenser Water Pump. Vendor shall provide all labor, supervision and equipment required to remove existing pump and install new pump. This is not a solicitation and the government is not entering into a binding agreement per this pre-solicitation notification.
