- Amendment 001 THIS IS NOT A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please see the attached documents for complete details. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown has a requirement for husbandry port services in Panama Canal, Panama, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This requirement shall have two period of performances. The first shall be from May 3 - 5, 2017 (3 days), and the second shall be June 29 - July 1, 2017 (3 days). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on April 17, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on technical capability, past performance, and price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to alexander.cooper@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to alexander.cooper@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on April 22, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about April 22, 2017. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within FedBizOpps where this synopsis/solicitation is posted). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
