- Synopsis Synopsis of Requirement This requirement is for Commissary Equipment Descriptions (CEDs) 4TFP, 4TMP, and 4TVET, Stainless Steel Tables. These items will be delivered to various commissaries throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Period of performance is one year from the date of award plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fix Price line items on a requirements type contract. The estimated quantities will be stated once the solicitation is posted. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 337127 and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), to include listing 337127 in both databases. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
