- Single Source Justification and Approval On behalf of the 1st Special Operations Wing and in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron/LGCC at Hurlburt Field, FL intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to VT MAK Technologies to provide DI-GUY software and support to this installation. The Government believes that VT MAK is the only known source that owns the data rights to the required software. VT MAK has the patented, proprietary, and commercial product to provide licenses and maintenance to support the existing Government owned software. There is NO solicitation documentation. This notice is not a request for quote. The contract award number is FA441717P0065 in the amount of NOT TO EXCEED $5,900.00. Anticipated award is 20 April 2017.
