- SUBMITTALS MASTER SPECIFICATIONS DRAWING #2 DRAWING #1 PHOTO ALBUM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE BREAKDOWN ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS SOLICITATION FA5682-17-R-0018 THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. THIS WORK WILL BE PERFORMED ENTIRELY IN ITALY AND THEREFORE IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 225.1103(3) PROVISION 252.225-7042 AS LISTED IN PROVISION 252.204-7007 ALTERNATE A SHALL APPLY. SOA FOR PROJECT WORK: CATEGORY: OG06 - INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL BE IN POSSESSION OF A CURRENT SOA CERTIFICATION FOR THE CITED CATEGORY. CLASSIFICATION - ADEQUATE TO COVER VENDOR'S PROPOSED AMOUNT FOR PROJECT PERFORMANCE. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204: BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000. SCOPE OF PROJECT: ASHE 06-1068E CONSTRUCT CONNECTIONS FOR SEPTIC HOLDING TANKS, MULTI, AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY. A DETAILED SUMMARY OF THE PRINCIPAL ITEMS OF WORK CAN BE OBTAINED BY CONSULTING THE PROJECT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. NOTE: All quantities indicated in the project documents furnished by the Government, including the construction cost breakdown, are estimates and the Government shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of the estimated quantities. The performance shall require a completed project on a lump sum basis. It is the responsibility of the offeror to calculate, foresee and perform all quantities of work manifestly necessary to deliver a complete project based on its overall scope. SITE VISIT: AN ORGANIZED SITE VISIT WILL BE SCHEDULED AT THE DATE AND MEETING POINT SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. NORMALLY PARTICIPANTS WILL MEET IN THE PARKING AREA OF LVIS GATE (CONTRACTOR GATE) AREA F FLIGHTLINE, AVIANO AIR BASE. ADDRESS: VIA LOCALITA' TORNIELLI 18, ROVEREDO IN PIANO, PORDENONE. IMPORTANT: INTERESTED FIRMS SHOULD USE THE "WATCH THIS OPPORTUNITY" WEB SITE FEATURE TO BE AUTOMATICALLY NOTIFIED OF ALL CHANGES TO THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE TO OFFERORS: IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE OFFER REACHES THE OFFICE DESIGNATED FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS WITHIN THE TIME ESTABLISHED IN THE SOLICITATION.
