- This pre-solicitation notice is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Ashley PA, & Wilkes Barre, PA The US Army Contracting Command- New Jersey, Warfighter Support on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Center has a requirement for Chaplain LJ Sabalis Memorial United States Army Reserve Center, Ashley, Pennsylvania 18706 and the Army Maintenance Support Activity #120, 141 2nd Street Plains Township, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18702-6932. The Government intends to issue this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12-month base period, plus four 12-month option periods. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The website is https://www.sam.gov/sam/. ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THE SOLICITATION MUST BE EMAILED. The estimated solicitation posting will be on or about May 9, 2017. The estimated response dead line is 19 May 2017 at 12:00 PM EST contingent upon the exact posting. The actual due date will be stated in BLOCK 08, PAGE 01 of the solicitation.
