- Minimum Requirements for Subcontractor o This subcontract is for the performance of Nondestructive Examination (NDE) Services. The subcontractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and supervision as necessary to perform all NDE required for the MOX Project for the period of 1 JUN 17 to 31 DEC 17 and option 1 period from 1 JAN 18 to 31 DEC 18 and option 2 from 1 JAN 19 to 31 DEC 19. o Quality Assurance program that meets the applicable requirements of ASME NQA-1-1994 Edition including 1995 Addenda, Part I, Basic and Supplementary Requirements, Part II and Appendix 2A-1. o NDE Procedures and Program in compliance with AWS and ASME code requirements o Capable of performing NDE in accordance with ASME Section V for the following:  Radiography (RT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Leak Testing (LT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). o Authorization to operate in the State of South Carolina. Current NRC and State of South Carolina Radiography License including a certified Radiation Safety Officer. o Provide Personnel qualified as required by the applicable code and the NDE Subcontractor's written practice which meets the requirements of SNT-TC-1A. 1 person may fill multiple positions below.  Level III for each discipline that will be used.  Project Manager/Group Lead  Radiation Safety Officer  Level II personnel qualified in PT, RT, UT, and MT  Level II in Leak testing, Vacuum Box Technique o Provide consumables and chemicals specific to NDE services include, but are not limited to, cleaning fluids, RT films, lint free rags/wipes, dyes and developers, magnetic powder, film processing chemicals, and UT couplants. o Perform work in accordance with MOX Safety policies and procedures, including use of proper PPE. Due to its volume, the solicitation will not be posted to FBO. A CD will be sent to interested parties via FedEx on a release date TBD.
