- The proposed procurement is for (3) NSN(s) 2530-00-147-6453, 2520-01-425-3790 and 2520-01-425-3811will be Unrestricted. All responsible approved sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Items are not Critical Safety Items. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains three (3) Basic Years with no options. Items are to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total shall not exceed three (3) years. Small Business size standards are 1,000/1,250/1,000 employees. This is an Unrestricted procurement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, and Past Performance as described in the solicitation.
