- Past Performance Questionnaire Bulk Fitness Equipment This is a procurement of the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) is to consolidate the purchasing of treadmills, climbing machines, elliptical/cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, spin bikes, plate loaded strength line, strength equipment for shore, functional selectorized strength equipment, strength equipment for fleet, mechanical rowing machines, urethane weight plates, and urethane dumbbells for the Navy Fitness Centers and Deployed Forces Support warehouses located in both CONUS and OCONUS. This requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements contract with a base year and four (4) one (1) year Option periods.
