Non-Personal Service: Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Refuse Services at Facility KS014, KS019, KS083, KS100 and KS104; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furninsh all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 11 May 2017 (or subsequent date) to 10 May 2018. with three one-year options.
