- There will be an on-line Industry Meeting for Schedules 23v and 751 vendors held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM Eastern. The meeting will be approximate 1.5 hours long. A member of GSA's Office of Small Business Utilization will be presenting on following topics: Small Business Subcontracting Plans Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) It is encouraged that any vendor who is required to submit subcontracting plans and eSRS reports attend this meeting. If you have any questions it is strongly recommended that they be submitted no later than 12:00 noon Eastern, Monday, May 1, 2017 to Bridget Duffy at bridget.duffy@gsa.gov.
