- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s Climate Change Division (CCD) has a requirement to provide technical and outreach support services for Climate Change Programs. The CCD is charged with assessing and addressing global climate change, climate policies, and the associated risks to human health and the environment. This procurement will provide CCD with support to develop versatile capabilities and tools that can be used to support multiple initiatives and programs. Specifically, technical analytical support, GHG data and analysis, regulatory and non-regulatory policies and programs, outreach communication and training support, data systems and IT support.
