- Provisions and Clauses Standard Form 18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DJD-17-Q-0069 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 811118 - Size Standard $7.5 million. The following line items are needed for this requirement: 1. Window tint strip upper front windshield and front windows, Quantity 14 each 2. Federal Signal hand held siren model #65003, Quantity 14 each 3. Whelen siren speaker, Quantity 14 each 4. Mount for Siren Speaker, Quantity 14 each 5. Whelen LED corder strobes, Quantity 56 each 6. Able 2 split red/blue 12" LED for rear side windows, Quantity 56 each 7. Misc. Parts: Wiree, fuses, connectors, loom, etc., Quantity 14 each 8. Low Frequency Siren Speaker & Mount, Quantity 14 each 9. 20" LED red/blue rear window light, Quantity 14 each 10. Labor (Installation) The goverrnment is seeking a quote for all of the above items which includes installation of lighting and siren equipment into 8 SUV's and 6 pickup trucks. Interested offerors are responsible for providing parts and labor for all 14 vehicles listed below. Lighting is required on corners, front, rear and sides. Siren kit with 100 watt external speaker and a low frequency 100 watt Howler siren and external speaker. Important: The vehicles are currently located in Arlington VA. The Government is only seeking quotes from offerors that are within the 20-25 mile radius of Arlington VA. Vehicles: SUV(s) 1. 2017 Ford Explorer, Quantity 2 2. 2017 Jeep Latitude, Quantity 2 3. 2017 GMC Terrain, Quantity 2 4. 2017 Chevy Equinox 5. 2017 Crysler Journey TRUCK(s) 1. 2016 Ford F-150, Quantity 2 2. 2016 Chevy Silverado, Quantity 2 3. 2017 Dodge Ram, Quantity 2 All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 24, 2017 at 10:00 am EST. The deadline for quotes is April 26, 2017 at 11:00 am EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
