- This requirement is SUBJECTED TO THE AVAILABILTY OF FUNDS. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quotes for the procurement of a BRAND NAME or EQUIVALENT to a Refurbished Agilent 1100 LC System Per the Salient Characteristics. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
