- RFP Wage Determination Ventura QASP CDRL Wage Determination Kern Past Performance Survey The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to procure the following on a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis: moving and relocating services for the NAWCWD Infrastructure Business Operations Department. These services shall include the relocating of office furniture, laboratory equipment, assemble and reassemble furniture and set up for special events. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to accomplish the relocation of office furniture, equipment, supplies, technical equipment and items, and to provide optional moving supplies (boxes, tape, etc.) to support space management requirements. The Contractor must be able to move heavy and/or bulky items that cannot be moved by normal means, on an as needed basis. Services are required at China Lake and Point Mugu, CA. The estimated hours for this effort are 8,450 for each year. The anticipated period of performance for this procurement is 20 May 2017 to 19 May 2018; one base year and two one-year options. It is expected that approximately eighty percent of the contract will be performed at China Lake, CA, however workload may fluctuate and this is not guaranteed. The solicitation or Request For Proposa (RFP) will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on 19 April 2017. All responses shall include the RFP number N68936-17-R-0026. Complete details will be provided in the RFP. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFP. All responsible offers will be considered for award. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. To be eligible for an award, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at website www.sam.gov
