- Modification 02 to the Industry Day/Site Visit Special Notice is to upload the requirement documents so that interested parties have an opportunity to view the scope of work prior to the event. Any questions or clarifications pertaining to the requirements documents shall be submitted in writing to Kyong Yu, Contracting Officer, at kyong.yu@navy.mil. Verbal questions or clarifications pertaining to the requirements documents shall not be addressed by the Government, especially during the day of the Industry Day/Site Visit. Utilization of the Track Changes and Comments feature in the documents is highly encouraged.
