- Bidder is to remove any delaminated concrete in the spall areas, which is located in the flowline of the Outlet Works tunnel #5 and #6. After removal of the delaminated concrete, the bidder is to supply the concrete patching material (3U18M or Approved Equal), which meets specs and place it in the chipped out areas, so that the patch is smooth and level with the adjacent concrete. In order to gain access to the flowlines the contractor will either have to take a boat up the tunnels or use a crane (furnished by the contractor) or install a Corp of Engineers supplied stop log and then the bidder will have to dewater water the tunnel. *BIDS ARE DUE BY 19 APRIL 2017 AT 2PM CST
