- The Veterans Benefits Administration, Des Moines Regional Office, 210 Walnut Street, Des Moines, IA 50309 has a requirement for Discrete Services to be provided to eligible veterans in the State of Iowa. The services shall include Life Skills for Independent Living (IL). The applicable NAICS code is 624310. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). It is anticipated a pre-solicitation notice will be posted at www.FBO.gov within the next fifteen (15) days if interest is received by this sources sought notice.
