- 22 March 2017 - This amendment is to anounce that the proposal due date has been extended to 10 April 2017 and the RFP Q&As and amended RFP will be forthcoming. 17 March 2017 - This amendment is to announce that the proposal due date has been extended to 03 April 2017 and the RFP Q&As and amended RFP will be forthcoming. 22 February 2017 - This amendment replaces the "Combined Synopsis/Solicitation" posted incorrectly as "Original Notice: HQ0147-17-R-0027 (Feb 21, 2017)". The proposal due date has been extended to 27 March 2017 to accommodate for this adjustment. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) releases the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-17-R-0027, for the "Specialty Engineering" requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541712 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences; except Biotechnology); Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. It is anticipated that award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1400 CST on 2 March 2017 and shall be submitted to the PCO Mr.Kenneth Arnold at TEAMS_Speceng@mda.mil, subject line "TEAMS Specialty Engineering RFP" on the attached comments matrix. Proposals are due 27 March 2017 by 1400 CST.
