In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is being set-aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 334519 with the SBA Size Standard of 500 employees. Title: Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in as supplemented by FAR 13.106 and with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and System for Award Management (SAM). The NAICS code for this effort is 334519. This procurement is limited to small businesses. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85. This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 employees and Product Service Code 3426. The requirement calls for removal of existing Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) System and the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, and acceptance testing of a new, not used FPI System. The contractor shall have experience in the design and manufacture of this type of equipment and shall supply and integrate the requirements as specified herein to provide a complete aircraft parts inspection system with installation and removal of existing legacy equipment. In addition, this specification includes a minimal upgrade of the manual/legacy FPI inspection booth, for the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base (AFB) Utah. This acquisition will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, as supplemented. Please see attached Solicitation for Contract Line Item (CLIN), clause, and delivery information. FOB: Destination All perspective offerors must obtain a DUNS number, have an "active" Cage Code, and maintain Online Representations and Certifications Application at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to be considered for award. Failure to comply with the above mentioned regulations will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
