- The Regional Contracting Office intends to competitively award a firm fixed price base plus two (2) Option periods supply contract to supply, clean and exchange Floor Mats for DPW Warehouse, Clay Kaserne, USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CM-17-T-0014 will be issued on or about 23 March 2017. Respond by Date: 24 April 2017 at 0800 CET Germany The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site or can be requested by: Joann Theodore, Tel:+49-611-143-546-6735, Email: joann.theodore.civ@mail.mil Invoicing and payments will be processed electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow (iRAPT) portal as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4.
