- Outdoor event tent sollicitation document Sollicitation letter signed This outdoor event tent must hold at least 200 guests, seated or standing, or approximately 210 square meters. It should be delivered "ready to use" (ie no need to purchase additional parts) and have clear English and French instructions on how to set up/take down the structure. This tent will be for periodic events and will be kept in storage when not in use. It must have: - Metal framework - White, waterproofed covering for roof and siding - Siding should have plastic inserts for windows as well as spaces for air conditioners - Air conditioners or the means for mounting locally-purchased air conditioners in the structure, and specifications for the size/weight of air conditioners needed to keep the interior cool - Siding should have the option of being rolled up or removed, or secured down so that wind/rain doesn't get inside - Wood panel floors and red carpeting that covers the entire floor The tent must be able to be assembled by laymen with basic tools. It would be helpful to have boxes that all parts get packed into for storage, but this is not a requirement.
