- Recordkeeping Service Delivery Model Acquisition or RKSDMA (follow-on effort to the previously posted ExPRESS TIB-2016-RFP-0002) Primary NAICS Code: 525110 Solicitation Number: TIB-2017-RFI-0004 Notice Type: Sources Sought March 21, 2017 Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) 77 K Street NE, Suite 1000 Washington, DC 20002 Synopsis: This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE pursuant to FAR Part 15.201(e), 41 U.S. Code § 3301(a) and 41 U.S. Code § 3306(a)(1)(B) for the purpose of market research to procure services in support of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB). The procurement may contain elements from the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes: 524292, 518210, 521110, 522320, 523920, 523930, 523991, 523999, 525110, 541199, 541219, 541512, 541430, 541611, 541712, 561422 Please see the following attached document regarding services sought by FRTIB: RKSDMA RFI 3_21_17.pdf THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining industry interest for the services sought. Information submitted should support the offeror's capability to perform the requirement and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. All responses are to be received by 1:00PM EST on April 18, 2017. Early responses are highly encouraged as FRTIB intends to initiate individual industry engagement for additional market research based on responses to questions received. Offerors are encouraged to provide responses to questions that pertain to their lines of services. Capability submissions, questions regarding services described and responses to questions posed shall be submitted electronically to FRTIB's Contracting Officer, Linda K. Bethke-Cyr at email RKSDMA@tsp.gov. Verbal responses and electronic submissions to any address other than RKSDMA@tsp.gov are not acceptable. Offerors are requested to include the RFI Number TIB-2017-RFI-0004 on all email subject lines and documentation submitted in response to this RFI/Sources Sought. FRTIB personnel may contact firms responding to this announcement to clarify a responder's capabilities and other matters as part of this market research process. FRTIB will be utilizing Contractor personnel in assisting with this effort. Appropriate non-disclosure forms have been signed by all Contractor personnel and are on file with the RKSDMA Program Office.
