- Amendment 4 CLARIFICATION: 22 MAR 2017 - Due to the extended delay is posting responses to questions we are pushing back the proposal due date to 10 APRIL 2017 at 1:00 PM CST. I apologize for the inconvenience. To clarify: - 1electronic copy and 1 hard copy are required for each volume of the proposal IAW sections L and M of the solicitation. - The bid guarantee has been waived (box 13B) but if your company is awarded the contract then 100% performance and payment bonds are required within 10 days of award (box 12A). - If you plan to deliver the hard and/or electronic copy of your proposal and require a base pass, you need to submit the information NLT 3 days before the proposal due date with the person's name, DOB, driver's license number and state. I once again apologize for the inconvenience and delays. We want to be able to give you the appropriate time to submit a proposal. Again, the proposal due date is 10 APRIL 2017 at 1:00 PM CST per FA3016-17-R-0010-0004.
