- Amendment 01 to Synopsis: The purpose of this Synopsis Amendment is to: 1) Revise the tentative solicitation release date from 22 February 2017 to on or about 31 March 2017, 2) To provide revised estimated quantities per ordering period, and 3) Revise the number of tentative Multiple Award Contracts from "up to five" to "up to three". All other terms of this synopsis remain unchanged. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit the requirement for Naval Security Forces Vests (NSFV) in multiple sizes and award up to three firm-fixed price Multiple Award Contracts. The resultant contract will contain provisions for firm fixed price delivery orders requiring the delivery of NSFVs. Additional outer shells, yoke/collars, and name tape sets will also be procured. The contract will require First Article Testing Units and will contain a basic ordering period and 4 option ordering periods for the production lot. The total period of performance will be five years, if all options are exercised. Qualification and eligibility for any delivery orders for the production lot is contingent upon the contractor's successful completion of First Article Test (FAT) in accordance with NQ/PD 10-01E Naval Security Forces Vest Purchase Description.
