Attached changed Draft Agenda. ________________________________________ SAVE THE DATE: AFLCMC Small Business Office at Eglin AFB, FL will host a no cost Small Business/Civil Engineering Outreach Workshop on 23 March 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST), at the Research & Engineering Education Facility (REEF) Auditorium, 1350 N Poquito Rd., Shalimar, FL 32579. See attached Map of REEF. The intent for this workshop is to provide industry insight to typical construction contract opportunities, policies, and procedures. This year's workshop will include presenters from Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, Tyndall AFB, and the Army Corp of Engineers. See draft Agenda. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN Small businesses with construction capabilities are invited to register for this no cost outreach workshop no later than 11:59 p.m. (CST) on 16 March 2017. Please complete the attached Registration Form for each person registering. Email completed Registration Form(s) to aac.sb@us.af.mil. Provide a copy of your company's capability statement ( no more than 2 pages ) with your registration form so AFLCMC/SB can provide copies of your capability statement to each of the presenters of this event. There will be a limited capacity of 80 seats. No more than 2 attendees from each company will be allowed to register for this event. Lunch will be on your own. See attached Map of Restaurants in Shalimar. *** MOST IMPORTANT *** REGISTRATION FORMS AND CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 11:59 p.m. (CST) on 16 March 2017.
