- Description of required Document Management System functionality. The Department of Commerce's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) document management system (DMS) that has demonstrated commercial history in either the large commercial law firm setting or large government legal offices to store and retrieve attorney work product documents in a simple, but secure, manner. Please see the attachment for a full description of functionality that the Government is requesting information on existing or emerging capabilities. This notice does not represent a solicitation to purchase supplies or services and no contract award will be made as a result of this notice.
