- Solicitation for Baltimore Area JROTC Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Alterations This is a request for quote for laundry, dry cleaning and alteration services, to include pick-up and delivery, to be provided in support of the Baltimore, MD Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program. The Baltimore area JROTC program consists of 11 schools and approximately 2300 Cadets. The period of performance is a base plus four option periods.
