Indian Health Service 238 Church Street Naytahwaush, MN 56566 Period of Performance: 04/22/2017 to 04/21/2018 Features: Hunting - 4 Lines Analog Lines of Service: 11 PROSPECTIVE VENDORS: Please submit a capabilities statement including service features and packages. Indicate business size standard as large or small. Small business is preferred in order to meet small business goals. Shall be properly registered in www.sam.gov with appropriate NAICS and business size standard. E-mail response shall be in a printer friendly format using Word or PDF, 8x11 page size, 5 page limit.
