This acquisition is being processed IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 STATEMENT OF WORK STATEMENT OF WORK Supply Chain Guru NAVSUP GLS The OIS Program Management Office requires an automated tool to model, simulate and optimize the Navy ™s world-wide ordinance supply and transportation chain. OIS requires a single integrated system that performs a wide array of modeling and optimization processes (Supply Chain Guru Software). The tool should be capabale of optimizing the positioning of the Navy ™s global ordinance inventory in order to meet (OPLANS) while simultaneously supporting routine peacetime operating training requirements. Llamasoft Suppy Chain Guru License annual software maintenance and support includes product upgrades, bug fixes and phone support. Llamasoft DATA Guru Subscription License includes software maintenance support. This Llamasoft application maximizes modeling simulation and optimization capabilities for OIS. The Supply Chain Guru License and Data Subscription License software maintenance are specific to one manufacturer (Llamasoft). The Supply Chain Guru maintenance is necessary and fully justified due to the fact that this is a maintenance renewal for currently owned Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru proprietary software products The proposed firm fixed price contract action is for Supply Chain Guru software maintenance Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all information received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
