This request is for planning purposes (market research) only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposal, a Solicitation, a Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in the RFI. This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this RFI. Any responses received will not be used as a proposal. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is seeking information regarding system administration support of Kaltura Media servers located in a FedRAMP certified, FISMA moderate, Platform as a Service (PaaS) cloud-hosted environment. The administrator shall be a cleared US citizen. It is anticipated that this service will be performed off-site and that the resource will be shared with non-FLETC requirements. Interested parties should include rough-order-of magnitude to support 13 servers in pre-production and 13 servers in production and perform/meet the following: o Cleared US citizen o Perform O&M (including patching and updates) using premier support (provided by Government) in medium sized environment (13 servers in pre-production and 13 servers in production) o Database management with MYSQL database o Kaltura Administration experience o Linux experience and expertise o Tier 2 and 3 elevated support o Troubleshooting of issues/outages o Can be located remotely o Can be shared resource Companies responding to this RFI should indicate whether they are a large or small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned business, HUBZone small business and/or service disabled veteran-owned business. Request that any/all license and capacity restrictions be identified. Any contractor/offeror submitting a reply to this RFI shall have certifications as required by Federal, State and Local regulations to conduct services to a federal facility. Industry representatives wishing to reply to this RFI should submit capability statements by the time and date established below. Capability statements should clearly delineate all requirements available and discuss any industry constraints and outline the level (experience) and number of hours per week/month estimated to meet this requirement. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. There is no guarantee that the Government will pursue a solicitation in the future. All information received in response to this RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201 (e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
