- 52.215-1 Strong Bonds PWS The Georgia Air National Guard (GA ANG) will conduct a Strong Bonds COUPLES event at a suitable facility with a "retreat like setting" in the vicinity of Savannah, St Simons, Jekyll Island,... or neighboring coastal areas in Georgia on Thursday-Sunday, 17-20 August 2017. The Air National Guard (ANG) 116 th Air Control Wing is seeking a premium FEMA registered facility to accommodate lodging, conference and dining accommodations to include catering for 48 individuals (24 service members and their spouses). The designated government representative holding this event is not authorized to change the terms and conditions of the resulting contract. Lowest Bid Statement: Lowest bid does not automatically qualify the vendor for selection. All Evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are -- (1) Significantly more important than cost or price ; Evaluation Factors: Compliance with solicitation requirements Past performance (weighted from DOD Source Selection Procedures 3.1.3.1.2 Table 4) Cost/Price Contract Award Contingent on Funding Availability due to CR FY17
