- DRAFT SOW Pursuant to FAR 15.201, attached to this notice is a Draft RFP. This Draft RFP is provided to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. The Government welcomes industry feedback on the attached RFP in the form of comments, questions, or recommendations. Any communications regarding this Draft RFP shall be sent to catewc@state.gov in Microsoft Word format by close of business March 29, 2017. Industry responses may be used to improve the requirement. Responses will be accepted from Small Business concerns ONLY.
