- CDRL's 17-R-0021 RFP Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) requires the purchase of up to fourteen (14) total GM-LTS Primary Computers, as detailed in the solicitation. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 10 days from this notice date. Instructions for proposal submission are located in Section L of the solicitation. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
