- Solicitation GS-07-P-17-JU-D-0005 Figure L-1, Management Plan Worksheet Figure B-3, Pricing of Services Figure L-2, Past Performance Questionnaire Figure B-1, Staffing Declaration The General Services Administration requires Full Maintenance services in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This procurement will be procured as a competitive SDVOB set-aside using FAR Part-15 procedures. The anticipated start date will be on or about November 1, 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) to be used is 561210. The size standard for this NAICS is $38.5M. Specifically, the Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the requirements of the specifications at the locations listed below. Runnels Federal Building (NM0042), 200 E.
